There are currently 4 different roles that make up our Team of Directors:
- Director of Infrastructure
- Director of Strategic Initiatives
- Director of Team Development
- Director of Partnerships
We have a “flat” organizational structure. Although this may seem tricky for some organizations, we are successful due to our committed directors and clarity on roles & responsibilities. In addition, we are an organization made up of volunteers which also encourages each director to be caring as well as passionate about everyone’s growth.
