our EXPECTATIONS
The following are expected in fulfilling our calling by having:
- Organizers communicate to each brother about his commitment to God and this ministry,
- Builders and leaders connect to talk about living life godly and challenge each other in walking like Christ,
- Monthly group calls to fellowship, pray, and learn a message (tied with Scripture),
- Builders share a message from the Holy Spirit during the group calls (one builder per group call).
our SUCCESSION STRATEGY
To sustain our growth by:
- Replacing the Directors after a certain term with new, passionate Builders who have showed their commitment to growing MenBuild,
- Promoting Leaders into Builders and Builders into Senior Builders,
- Adding new Leaders every year.
